Fall Festival
Outreach Event Sunday, October 31 6:00-8:00 Fellowship Hall, North Wing Second Floorand Fellowship Hall Parking Lot
Join us for an opportunity to reach out with God's love to the children and families of our community. The annual Fall Festival, to be held on October 31, 2010 from 6pm until 8pm, needs booth/game sponsors, donations, food and drink concession workers, and everyone willing to show God's love in a tangible way.

How You Can Get Involved
Pray
Pray for the children, youth and families that may visit our church for the first time at the Fall Festival.
Pray that our hosts and volunteers will demonstrate God’s love in all that they do and all that they say.
Volunteer
Distribute invitations and flyers to the community
Decorate on Friday
Host a game or activity booth (see form below)
Donate
Donations Needed:
* Candy
* Cans of Powdered Lemonade Drink Mix or Hot Coco Mix
* Bags of Chips
* Cupcakes (Bring to the church on October 31)
* Door Prizes (Adult prizes or new Children’s toys)
Financial Contributions can be made to offset the expenses. Please make checks payable to VBUMC and annotate Fall Festival.
Place nonperishable donations in donation boxes around the church.
Make commitments for other donations on the form below.
